Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. dgk222 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice published on the Platform.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing: dgk222 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within a few hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day on December 16, and Independence Day on March 26), periods of high platform activity, or where additional KYC verification is required. dgk222 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment processor or the receiving financial institution.

Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are your own legitimately earned money and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. dgk222 may at any time request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal suspension and account review.

No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit to and withdraw from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. dgk222 will not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts, credit cards held by someone else, or any other payment method not directly linked to the registered account holder. Any such transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more will be classified as dormant. dgk222 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. The remaining balance may be reclaimed at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Offers: dgk222 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated via updated terms on the Platform. Bonuses already active in a player's account at the time of any change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited, unless the change is made necessary by regulatory requirements or fraud prevention measures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dgk222's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by dgk222; death or personal injury caused by dgk222's negligence; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
